At the end of May, officers from our local participated in the NJLA Convention in Atlantic City. President Maureen Camper & Secretary Treasurer Amy Joyner participated in a panel on Unions in the Library.
They discussed the role unions play in the library including Who we are, Union benefits & challenges. A link to the powerpoint they used for their section is found below.
There were various networking and workshop opportunities they sat in on, including a panel on emerging technologies for dyslexic students. (Images below)
