I hereby grant permission to AFSCME New Jersey to use my name, image, voice, and likeness in all forms and media for promotional, advertising, publicity, and any other lawful purposes.
This authorization includes the unrestricted right to use, re-use, publish, and republish photographs, video recordings, film footage, or any other representations of me, whether in whole or in part, with or without my name, and to make alterations, modifications, or composites without restriction. This permission applies across all media now known or developed in the future, for purposes including but not limited to illustration, promotion, advertising, advocacy, and trade.
